Organization for Cultural Exchange Among Nation's students come from various ethnic and cultural
backgrounds and must submit to very stringent screening procedures.  

To qualify for participation in our program, students must meet the following criteria:

They must be proficient in English.
They must be mature and able to cope in a different environment.
They must receive a medical examination to include all of the required immunizations.
They must complete a Student Application packet, which includes biographical information, health
records, school transcripts, teacher recommendations, student letter, family album, etc.
All students are required to participate in an orientation upon arrival in the U.S.
